Shipping
Items are shipped through Canada Post Express Post when possible.
Shipping costs are based on a percentage of the total purchase order and will be
automatically added at the checkout. For more information on shipping costs or
alternate delivery methods, please contact us.
Any charges associated with orders shipped outside of Canada are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Kimmy-Lou Dog Wear.

Returns and Refunds
Kimmy-Lou gladly accepts returns for exchange or refund
within 30 days of purchase with receipt, provided the item is in new condition with the tags attached.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
COD return shipping charges will not be accepted by Kimmy-Lou Dog Wear.
All "sales" items are final sale and cannot be returned.
